Description:

Salchichon dry-cured sausage has a bright, rich meaty flavor with a subtle smoky aroma. It is made from select meats from our own production facility with the addition of lard and specially selected spices.

Ingredients:

Pork, curing mix (salt, color retention agent), dextrose, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), granulated garlic, natural spices (ground nutmeg, white pepper), antioxidant (ascorbic acid, ascorbate, citric acid), maltodextrin, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavorings, carmine (color), starter cultures.
