Description:

Salchichon dry-cured sausage has a bright, rich meaty flavor with a subtle smoky aroma. It is made from select meats from our own production facility with the addition of lard and specially selected spices.

Ingredients:

Pork, curing-nitrite mixture (salt, color fixative (sodium nitrite)), dextrose, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), granulated garlic, natural spices (ground nutmeg, white pepper), antioxidant (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, citric acid), maltodextrin, vegetable protein hydrolysate, flavorings, carmine coloring, starter cultures.
