Description:

Sea trout is a delicacy. Its meat is moderately fatty and tender. It has a deep orange color. It's rich in vitamins D and B12, as well as micro and macronutrients such as selenium, zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Yukola is a smoking method in which the fish is cut into squares, allowing the aromatic smoke to penetrate deep into the meat fibers, imparting as much of the subtle flavor and aroma of natural alder wood chips as possible.
