Description:
Pieces of stems, leaves, inflorescences. Stems are greenish-gray, leaves are silvery-gray, inflorescences are yellow. The smell is strong, characteristic. The taste of the aqueous extract is spicy-bitter. Wormwood herb contains bitterness (absinthin), essential oils (thujone, thujol, phellandrene), sesquiterpene lactones, flavonoids, tannins.

Indications for use:
To increase appetite and improve the function of the gastrointestinal tract: hypo- and anacid gastritis; chronic cholecystitis; biliary dyskinesia.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the drug and other plants of the Asteraceae family; increased gastric secretion, hyperacid gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, acute cholecystitis, calculous cholecystitis, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, children under 12 years of age.
