Description:
Ticket to Ride: Europe is the first localized version released in Russia, there are also versions with a map of America and the Nordic countries on sale. The game offers us to build railway routes using trains and locomotives. There are ferry crossings, stations and underground tunnels, and route cards are divided into long and short. Compete with other players, build the longest route, lay the maximum number of tracks and gain a well-deserved victory.
All participants have to create railway routes across colorful Europe. To do this, each is given a set of carriages of a certain color. However, they only work in pairs with carriage and locomotive cards. Locomotives act as jokers, adapting to any combination. To get additional points, use the route card and create a continuous route between two specified cities. However, there is a nuance - if you do not complete the route task by the end of the game, you will lose the same number of points as indicated on the card. In ferry crossings, the use of locomotives is mandatory. When building tunnels, the player does not know in advance how many carriages he will need. And with the help of stations, the player will be able to use the railway track of his opponent to complete the route.
Ticket to Ride is a popular game for completely different companies. The simplicity of the rules and the unobtrusive atmosphere of route planning made it a favorite pastime for many families.
Equipment:
playing field; 240 plastic trailers; 15 Stations; 110 composition cards; 46 route maps; 5 wooden tally markers; rules of the game.
