Hypersensitivity to the drug, constipation of neurogenic and endocrine origin, spastic constipation, intestinal obstruction, acute intestinal obstruction syndrome
abdominal pain, appendicitis, enteritis, colitis, metrorrhagia, acute febrile conditions. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, children under 12 years of age.
