Dry-cured "Bacon" is made from selected pork belly of our own production with the addition of aromatic spices. Thin, translucent slices of bacon will be the ideal basis for any dish.

pork belly, water, curing-nitrite mixture (salt, color fixative (sodium nitrite)), acidity regulator (sodium triphosphate), flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), antioxidant (sodium isoascorbate), granulated sugar, spices and spice extracts (black pepper, white pepper, garlic, mustard), dextrose, wheat fiber.
