Tkemali sauce early KINTO, 300 g has a spicy sweet and sour taste with a piquant spicy note. Green tkemali plums are used to prepare this product. They are collected at the very beginning of ripening, at the moment when the stone begins to separate from the pulp inside the fruit. The plum pulp, crushed into puree, is mixed with fresh garlic and cilantro and dill, seasoned with ground red pepper, salt, sugar, dill and coriander seeds.
