Oak (bark)

Ingredients:

Crushed oak bark.

Instructions for use:

Brew 1 filter packet (1.5 g) or 1 teaspoon (1.5-2.0 g) with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water, infuse for 15 minutes, squeeze, and take by adults 1/2 glass twice a day with meals. Duration of intake is 1 month. If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
