Ingredients:

Chopped nettle (leaf).

Directions for use:

Pour 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water over 2 filter bags or 2 teaspoons of dried nettle leaves; let steep for 1 hour, then strain. Take 1 tablespoon 3–4 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
