Method of preparation
Dyeing eggs. How to use. Cover the table with paper or film to protect the work surface. Prepare: 3 clean glasses, 3 tablespoons, scissors, paper napkins, boiled white eggs. Note: use a separate glass for each color! Preparation of dye solutions: pour the contents of the dye packets into glasses with 100-120 ml of warm water, add 1 tablespoon of 9% table vinegar to each glass and mix thoroughly. Place the eggs on spoons in the glasses and leave for 5 minutes, turning every minute for even coloring. For a more saturated color when dyeing, use hot eggs. Dry the dyed eggs on paper napkins. To add shine to the eggs, wipe them with a napkin soaked in vegetable oil. Recommendations. Use only white eggs for dyeing. Before boiling, eggs should be washed in a soda solution (2 tablespoons of baking soda per 1 liter of water). Coloring confectionery. How to use. Dissolve the contents of the package in 30-50 ml of warm drinking water. Gradually add the resulting liquid dye to the product to be colored until the desired saturation is obtained.
