Directions for use:

Recommended for use as a biologically active food supplement - a source of flavolignans.

Place 5 g (1 teaspoon) of seeds in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of boiling water, cover, let steep for 30 minutes, then strain. Adults should take 1/2 cup twice a day, 20 minutes before meals, in a cooled state.

Duration of use:

2-3 weeks. If necessary, the course can be repeated.
