Description:

Prostokvashino 9% cottage cheese is prepared using a special technology from pasteurized milk and sourdough of lactic acid cultures. After curdling, the whey is separated from the cottage cheese, the product is pressed and then cooled. The structure is dense, rather dry, with minimal sourness. Such cottage cheese is well suited for making syrniki and casseroles.

A - normalized milk, sourdough of lactic acid cultures; B - normalized milk, reconstituted milk from milk powder, sourdough of lactic acid cultures.
