Description:
Kvass "Afanasy" is a natural kvass of "live" fermentation, prepared according to classic brewing traditions. It is based on whole grains of rye and barley malt, and in the production process, kvass wort concentrates and artificial additives are completely excluded.
The main feature of this kvass is the brewing technology. First, the grains undergo a full processing cycle: crushing, mashing, filtering, boiling and cooling. Then the wort is fermented with a special yeast starter, which starts the process of natural fermentation, revealing the full depth of taste. The finished drink is not filtered, preserving the natural texture and rich bread aroma. To preserve the freshness and depth of taste, we bottle the kvass in bottles with a drag stopper.
