1. Returns
Our policy lasts 3 days from the delivery date. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will not be able to refund or exchange products if you change your mind about the product, if the product is free from any defects or if the product is available elsewhere at a lower price. There may be some exceptions to those listed below where —for reasons of hygiene, safety, or under the law, we cannot refund or exchange items unless they are faulty or not as described or not of satisfactory quality. These include chilled and frozen products, baby food, and milk.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you in case of rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a discount of the same amount will be applied on the next purchase you make with us or it will be refunded using the original form of payment.
3. Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
